Ash has been representing residential buyers, sellers and investors full-time for the past 20 years in the Greater Seattle and Eastside areas. Prior to living in Seattle, he lived abroad in Paris, France for 7 years where he gained valuable hands on experience working in land development, home design, building construction and flipping investment properties. To better serve and protect his clientele, Ash has dedicated the majority of his required continuing education time to studying advanced real estate law and legal contracts. He has successfully closed countless purchase and sale transactions and has mastered the art of real estate contract negotiation. Ash has a heartfelt desire to protect his clients' best legal and financial interests at all times, which is often reflected upon in his client recommendations. He also has a great passion for many philanthropic endeavors both locally and worldwide.

For 16 years Lisa has been CEO of a local Redmond technical learning and consulting firm, TSS Redmond (TSS). TSS was a licensed Microsoft Certified Partner (CPLS) for 16 years in consulting and training. She held contracts to support enterprise companies in WA, US and Canada. Through the years TSS held global contracts with companies such as; Intel, Microsoft, NASA, Starbucks and T-Mobile. Her professional experience is in negotiation, managing teams, projects and logistics. After successfully selling her two corporate owned IT businesses, Lisa decided to invest in a career which has been her passion, as a licensed Real Estate Broker. Lisa has been managing investments for years in real estate and offers a broad background. After living in Seattle for over 20+ years she can assist any buyer or seller in any real estate transaction.
